Resumen
Se da cuenta de un plano manuscrito de la zona marítima oriental del fiordo de Última Esperanza, región de Magallanes y Antártica Chilena (Chile), elaborado por el colono Hermann Eberhard en 1895. Se describen sus características y se lo valoriza como el primer mapa moderno del sector y como tal, base para el desarrollo de la cartografía territorial posterior.
ABSTRACT
A handwritten map of the eastern maritime zone of the Última Esperanza fjord, Region of Magallanes and Chilean Antarctic (Chile), is communicated. Developed by the settler Hermann Eberhard in 1895, its characteristics and appreciations as the first modern map of the district and, as such, the bases for the development of subsequent territorial cartography are described.
